• C-flute: Corrugation height of 3.2 - 4.0 mm. Flute frequency is 39 waves per 30 cm of paper. The tolerance is 3 waves. Carton paper using C-flute combines the advantages of both A & B flutes. 
• E-flute: Corrugation height of 1.0 - 1.8 mm. Flute frequency is 90 waves per 30 cm of paper. The tolerance is 3 waves. 

This corrugated layer plays a particularly important role in creating a cushion layer for the carton box to enhance its distribution and load-bearing capacity when packaging and shipping to protect goods from impacts. 3-layer carton boxes mainly use A and C flutes.

c) Bottom surface paper layer: 

The bottom surface is prioritized for supporting the carton box. Therefore, the type of paper used is usually thick paper (the paper weight can be twice that of the other surfaces)
